CONEXA / HOTELABLE
Request data deletion
Updated 17 October 2026
Send a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “HOTELABLE data deletion”. Include the hotel name, the channel you used and enough contact information to locate the conversation. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents unless specifically needed through an agreed secure process.
What happens next
The request is reviewed manually. We confirm the request, verify the requester where needed, coordinate with the hotel that controls the guest record and communicate the outcome or any retention reason. This page does not submit a deletion request automatically.
Scope and limitations
We assess messages, contact identifiers and related enquiry records in the systems under our control. Disconnecting a Meta integration does not itself erase stored records. Data held independently by Meta, the hotel’s PMS or other parties is subject to their own processes. Backups and records required for applicable obligations may need separate handling; we explain relevant exceptions.
